“Cosmic Air” turns its gaze toward the element of air — vital, omnipresent, and at the same time increasingly endangered. In times of climate crisis and rising CO₂ emissions, its quality is coming under growing pressure.
From a bird’s-eye perspective, the exhibition offers a visionary view of our world. It is conceived as an appeal to recognize air as a precious resource and to engage responsibly with our environment. In doing so, it brings together a wide range of perspectives:
Atmospheric visions of air and sky, visionary green cities imagining possible futures of urban life, and even air from all around the world. It tells stories of eagles soaring high in freedom, flying mythical creatures, and utopian space-travel scenarios that approach the element of air with a dreamlike and poetic sensibility.
