Rewind an exhibition by Katerina Belkina, art'otel London Hoxton
A futuristic art-house spy drama that explores the nature of identity, lost time, and personal transformation through the lens of female experience. With its mystical atmosphere, meditative pacing, and visual references to films from the 1960s-70s, the series creates a subtle dialogue between past, present, and the inner struggles of its characters. The first episode is a psychological exploration of a woman lost in the corridors of time, where reality dissolves into fragments of memory and identity.

Synopsis
"A middle-aged flight attendant checks into a hotel room after a routine flight. Haunted by her past and entangled in memories, she uncovers hidden layers of herself through shadowy encounters. In this labyrinth of corridors, time shifts between dreams and reality, where every step forces her to confront forgotten truths. As she prepares for a new journey, questions arise: Is she escaping her past or becoming it?”

About Katerina Belkina
Katerina Belkina is an artist and filmmaker known for her exploration of identity, transformation, and the human experience. Born in Samara, Russia, she was raised in a creative environment by her mother, a visual artist. With a professional education in painting and photography, Katerina developed a distinctive visual language to express her ideas.
Her philosophical self-portraits have been featured in exhibitions worldwide, gaining recognition for their introspective and philosophical qualities. In 2007, Katerina was nominated for the Kandinsky Prize, one of Russia’s most prestigious awards, and in recent years, she was honoured with the Hasselblad Masters Prize.
Katerina’s work spans both visual art and film, with a focus on digital art and moving images. Currently based in Werder (Havel) near Berlin, she continues to explore new dimensions in visual storytelling, bringing a deep sense of reflection and narrative to her art.
